Works very well.
I mean for this price it's good. But already a rubber seal has fallen of. But that doesn't bother me it actually helps because with the rubber on it would be harder to take off when it got wet. But without it, it became too lose. I am talking about the clear water tank. But like I said it doesn't bother me. I actually don't know if its powerful enough. This is my first irrigator and I didn't feel any discomfort like other people are saying or maybe I just tolerate it. I will update if it stops working.
I got it as a surprise for my girlfriend since her dentist recommended it. we were very impressed. it's got some weight to it so it is a very good product. you can feel everything between your teeth and gums get out and feel fresh and clean. I'm going to buy my own. I really want a pink one.
It worked just like a water flosser no problems the box did come a little beat up.
